Recovery doesn't happen alone. This program pairs weekly 1:1 coaching with a live cohort walking the same road — plus the full Haven app in your pocket every day between sessions.
What's included
12 weekly 1:1 video sessions
50 minutes each, same day and time every week. Recorded on request so you can revisit.
12 live group calls
One 75-minute group call per week with your cohort — shared humanity, not a lecture.
Direct coach messaging
Async voice + text access to your coach Mon–Fri. Usually a same-day reply.
Full Haven Pro included
Unlimited chat with Haven, emergency mode, journals, roadmap, daily path — the entire toolkit.

Group call
75-min live call with your cohort. Theme of the week + open share.
Wed / Thu
1:1 with your coach
50-min video session. Deep-dive on your specific week and next steps.

The 12-week arc
Six two-week chapters. Each builds on the last — no jumping ahead, no falling behind.
Weeks 1–2
Ground & assess
Intake session, define your recovery goals, map current triggers and safety plan. Group intro call to meet your cohort.
Weeks 3–4
Stabilize
Craving response tools, daily routine design, sleep and nervous-system regulation. First deep-work group call.
Weeks 5–6
Rewire the story
Identity work, subconscious reprogramming, journaling protocols. Coach reviews your Haven journal between sessions.
Weeks 7–8
Repair relationships
Boundaries, difficult conversations, rebuilding trust. Group call on communication and community.
Weeks 9–10
Purpose & momentum
Values alignment, meaningful work, joy practices. Progress review — where you were vs. where you are.
Weeks 11–12
Integrate & sustain
Relapse-prevention plan, long-term support structure, graduation call. You leave with a written 90-day plan.
