Haven AI (operated by Haven AI 247) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans, including monthly, yearly, and lifetime purchases. If Haven AI isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no long forms, no guilt.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. To request a refund:

1. Email us at support@havenai247.com from the address you used at checkout, and include your order or receipt reference if you have it.
2. We'll verify your purchase and issue the refund through Stripe — usually within one business day.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

What happens to your access

When a refund is issued, your Pro access ends. Your account and journal entries stay intact so you can continue on the free tier or resubscribe later.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a monthly or yearly subscription at any time from your account. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period — you won't lose paid time. Cancellation on its own is not a refund; if you're within the 30-day window and would also like your money back, request a refund via the steps above.
