How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout.
  2. Choose the order and select "Request a refund."
  3. Or email us at support@havenai247.com and we'll help coordinate with Paddle.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

What happens to your access

When a refund is issued, your Pro access ends. Your account and journal entries stay intact so you can continue on the free tier or resubscribe later.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a monthly or yearly subscription at any time from your account. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period — you won't lose paid time. Cancellation on its own is not a refund; if you're within the 30-day window and would also like your money back, request a refund via the steps above.
