1. Who you are contracting with
Haven AI is operated by Haven AI 247 ("Haven AI", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you enter a binding agreement with Haven AI 247.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By continuing to access or use Haven AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
3. What Haven AI is (and isn't)
Haven AI is an AI-powered personal wellness companion that helps people build healthy habits, reflect through guided conversations, strengthen resilience, and stay accountable to their personal goals.
Haven AI is not a coach, medical provider, or emergency service. It provides educational and self-guided wellness tools generated by AI. It is not a medical device, therapist, psychologist, or crisis service and is not a substitute for professional healthcare. If you are in an emergency, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services (in the US: dial 988 or 911).
4. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Haven AI for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive.
- Attempt to jailbreak, exploit, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Scrape, probe, or otherwise interfere with our systems or security.
- Submit content that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy.
- Use Haven AI to generate deepfakes, harassment, hate content, or malware.
- Rely on Haven AI as a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, or emergency care.
6. AI-generated content
Haven AI's responses are generated by large language models. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for how you use the outputs, for verifying anything important, and for having the rights to any content you submit. Do not rely on outputs for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions without professional oversight.
We may filter, moderate, or refuse outputs, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly generate prohibited content.
7. Intellectual property
The Haven AI service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Haven AI 247 and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your chosen plan. You retain ownership of the content you submit and grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.
8. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.

9. Service level
We work hard to keep Haven AI running, but the service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription and closing your account.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.
12. Changes to the service or terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
